Claims

We are robust in helping our Members deal with third party claimants. In all situations we assign a member of our claims handling team to handle each claim personally. We are committed to providing a sensitive, responsive, imaginative and cost effective claims handling service as well as aiming to deliver prompt and accurate analysis of claims for reimbursement. We believe in developing strong and enduring claims handling relationships with our Members and their brokers.

Loss Prevention

Our Loss Prevention Department is dedicated to providing initiatives to assist Members in minimising exposure to claims through publishing guidance materials, offering technical advice and managing the Ship Inspection Programme.

We are always keen to assist Members in their drive to enhance the safety and operational efficiency of their vessels, reducing their exposure to claims.
