Report of the Directors The
Directors have pleasure in presenting their Report and the Accounts
of the Association for the year ended 20 February 2000.
• Activities
The principal activities of the Association during the year were the Insurance
and Reinsurance of Protection and Indemnity Risks on behalf of Members in Class
1 and the Inland Craft Class.
• Directors
The following Members of the Board, Messrs A.D.W. Allan, C.A. Atkins, D.C.S.
Ho and P.D.T. Roberts retire in accordance with the Constitution and offer themselves
for re-appointment.
Messrs T.G. Kailis and K.A.C. Patteson retire in accordance with the Constitution
but do not offer themselves for re-appointment.
Mr D.C.M. Jamieson who was appointed to the Board on 15 September 1999, Messrs
G.T. Kailis, J. Manser and R. Willemse who were appointed to the Board on 6 April
2000, and Mr L.W. Jourdain who was appointed to the Board on 21 June 2000, retire
in accordance with the Constitution and offer themselves for re-appointment.

• Auditors
At the last Annual General Meeting on 15 September 1999, Messrs Moore Stephens
S.A.R.L. were re-appointed as Auditors and now offer themselves for re-appointment.
