20th February 2008: 2008 / 2009 Policy Year After a challenging renewal season we now look forward to working closely with our Members and their brokers listening to their needs to better understand their operations ensuring that we tailor a comprehensive P&I product to meet their liabilities. Our aim must be to return to an underwriting balance and to achieve that aim we will continue to focus closely on our underwriting, looking to develop the Club’s role in the many trading jurisdictions that we operate, ensuring that every vessel entered is added for the mutual benefit of the membership as a whole. We also know that our Members and brokers expect the highest levels of service from their P&I Club. Through listening to our customers we will strive to meet your expectations in everything that we do. We wish our Members a happy, prosperous and claims free P&I year although always remembering that help is close at hand should a claim occur or if any loss prevention or underwriting advice is required. We thank our Members and their brokers for the continued trust and support that they show in the Club and we warmly invite all our friends to visit the Club managers in London should they ever be passing.
