The conditions within the United States (US) yacht endorsement apply to yachts registered in the US and/or policies which include a named US domiciled assured.
The provisions enclosed cancel and replace the Dispute Resolution and Law and Jurisdiction sections of the Shipowners’ Club Yacht Liability Insurance Policy.
