Calling the emergency contact number provides a quick and effective way to speak directly to a duty Shipowners’ claims handler in the event of an incident or casualty involving an entered vessel.

During office hours the emergency number will redirect to the relevant corresponding office switchboard.

Georgia joined Shipowners’ Club in May 2013. She is a qualified lawyer in Greece and solicitor in England and Wales and has a Masters in Shipping Law from City University, London. She started her career with an International Group P&I club in Athens with a focus on P&I claims and Legal Assistance and Defence (FD&D) disputes for Greek Members. She moved to the UK in 2010, where she worked in the Shipping department of an English law firm, handling disputes in all areas of dry shipping and marine insurance. Georgia manages the Club’s LCC claims for the London Branch and handles some of the Club’s most complex LCC claims. She speaks Greek & English.
