The claims response service is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week and provides immediate global assistance to all of our Members.

Calling the emergency contact number provides a quick and effective way to speak directly to a duty Shipowners’ claims handler in the event of an incident or casualty involving an entered vessel.

During office hours the emergency number will redirect to the relevant corresponding office switchboard.

Rebecca previously worked for another International Group Club for 4.5 years before joining the Club’s Offshore Claims Department in January 2020, where she assists predominately Indian and Middle Eastern members in P&I matters. She is also a part of the Club’s Yacht Claims Department and Legal Costs Cover Team. Rebecca holds the International Group P&IQ Diploma and is currently undertaking her Period of Recognised Training with the Club, to qualify as a solicitor.
