Club Profile
The Club provides protection and indemnity insurance to small and specialised vessels worldwide.
Building on 150 years of experience of providing P&I
insurance for the owners of smaller and specialised vessels, we
work closely with our Members and their brokers to provide
insurance solutions, tailor made for the risk environment in which
they operate.
Being in a mutual our Members share their liabilities with other
owners of small and specialised vessels who face similar risks. The
wide spread of membership across different vessel sectors and
geographical areas brings stability to the Club as a whole.
As a member of the International Group of P&I Clubs, which
covers over 90% of the world's ocean-going tonnage, we are able to
provide very high limits of cover for those Members who want them;
but lower limits are also available for appropriate vessels.
With offices located in London, Singapore and Vancouver, our
strategy is to provide a truly global service for our Members and
their brokers but with an understanding of local conditions.
